Usually, when the admin kicks one back, you'll find that in the comments 
section of the page that comes up when you click the link for the book on the 
step 1 page. Makes me wonder if there isn't a problem with their 
software. Alternatively, are you sure that your book uploaded ok? If it did, 
after the upload is done, you'll see a message thanking you for taking the time 
to validate the book etc and you'll get that second page of stuff 
where you get to rate the book for adult content and text quality etc. It 
definitely seems like something's not right here.
