Hi, Shannon. It's just one of the programming quirks, I guess. If the book 
is not in RTF but in Kurzweil, OpenBook or something like that, they want 
you to convert it to RTF before uploading it. If it's already in RTF, they 
want you to keep it that way, but if it's a TXT file, it has to stay that 
way. Odd, but that's how it is. Take care.

Please correct me if I am wrong. I thought that the first thing you were
supposed to do was change the file to RTF. Why would you not be able to
upload an txt file converted to RTF?
