Hi Cindy:

Do not bother to look for Michaela's Choice. I had posted that there were 2 pages missing. But I went back and reread the pages. It turned out that there was an extremely long page compared to the rest of the book. So I believe that the page breaks were missing. I inserted the page breaks and approved the book.

Yes, Kaitlyn. Someone scanned a lot of them, but they
weren't/aren't in very good condition, at least a lot
of them, and they're hard to get hold of to provide
missing pages or to fix scrambled pages -- at least
for me. A couple of my libraries have paperbacks like
that on separate carousels, and we get quite a few as
donations into our used-book store, but still in the
year or so I've been looking I've only found two. I
have a list and keep looking, though. I think Louise
has been able to fix some.
