Normally, nothing need be done when it comes to opyright as the text generally clearly identifies the fact. The tricky part comes into play when a book isn't clearly identified as being copyrighted and checking the Copyright office doesn't uncover anything. Interestingly enough, on all occasions where I've stumbled into this situation, it has been with Christian books. One such book, Boot Camp for Christians, has been returned for at least 4 times by Gustavo over the last 9 months or so. And some very experienced validators have tackled the book. at this point, I seriously doubt that anyone will be successful.
