Gary,

As I understand it, it's up to the validator to give
the final quality rating. I've seen an automatic Adult
rating given, and validators have the option of
changing it when they upload, but the only quality
rating I've seen is the one put there when the book is
submitted, and the validator should change it if it is
not correct because of foreign names. smile
