Yup, and I can now log in, so they've apparently fixed the bug I posted
about here.
But does this testing site distinguish between whether a site is functioning
and whether anyone can actually log into it? The site was never "down", it
was working just fine. It just wasn't allowing anyone to log into it for a
while.
