I don't know how current it is, but unless staff has changed how it works it's supposed to be created directly from Bookshare's current spreadsheet of what's going to outsourcers.
This whole deal of us volunteers running around like chickens with our heads cut off trying to figure who is doing what in regards to the status of any book title always leaves me really frustrated. Sigh.
