If you are talking about Tudor England by John Guy, the page numbers are
clearly stated and all there in my copy in kes format. If you need any help
with them, let me know. There is a page for each page all the way through
to the end of the book, along with introductory ones. I didn't check the
converted file, but the numbers should have been basically maintained.
Anyway, if I can help, please let me know.
