Hi Robin,
Yes, perhaps the page should be redesigned slightly so it doesn't at first look that way. However, if you read the instructions at the top of the page it actually tells you that.

"...To reject this book: simply click on the reject button and you will jump to a page where you can indicate why this book should not be accepted. ..."

Sometimes reading the info can seem tedious especially when you know the prompts on the form will tell you what to do, but it can't hurt to review the info every now and then *grin*

BTW my guess on the whole multiple files getting through. I'm betting that initially that statement Gerald pointed out wasn't made, because BookShare just expected books in one file. They probably went back and added that statement and preventive code. So, my guess is that those books with multiple files made it before the modification was made. Again, all supposition.

Hmm, and when I tried to do that it wouldn't let me, and I actually found something out in the process.

The page is set up such that it looks as if one has to upload the file for acceptance or rejection, but if one is rejecting a book, one doesn't actually have to upload it...which makes sense actually, but I never realized it until I tried rejecting a book without uploading the file--just on a whim, you understand.

That's odd. Bookshare let me upload the zipped file in order to reject it. It had the multiple files intact. Maybe this zip file was submitted when Bookshare was using older software. All I know is that the zipped book I got from the step 1 page has multiple files in it.
