Actually, Gail, if the copy of the book you have is too bad, just reject it.
I can then resubmit the original .kes file, or whatever. I don't have
sighted help here most of the time to make it pristine, unfortunately.

The bottom of the message is my signature and is a product that I hope
individuals who like to shop on the web might find useful.
Anyway I shortened the title and the Kurzweil says it can't recognize
the type of file. when you look at the extension when it came down it
says it is a kes file.
I guess she wasn't supposed to send it to me in the first place.
