I've seen it too. It happens very rarely and it is inconsistent about where it 
occurs.

  Hey, I swear I didn't imagine it, but the weird language change has 
disappeared.  Now when adjusting those settings it reads the numbers in 
English, not in some language I cannot identify.  But I really didn't imagine 
it, I swear.  Probably noone will ever believe me, though.  But it was true!
