Current news articles reveal that infamous Bay Area media mo-ghoul Saul Zaentz
(Fantasy Records, producer of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest movie, and
subject of John Fogerty's satirical song "Zaentz Can't Dance" - his production
company "Middle Earth Enterprises" owns liscensing rights to "The Hobbit" name

and is suing a small pub in England which had taken the name years ago.
Perhaps this is all part of the onslaught of legal broom swishing being done to
