I think you're looking for CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+C? That command attempts to move objects from the drawing layer to the text layer. In order for JAWS to then be able to detect these objects in the text layer, if the move was successful as reported once the above command is pressed, enable the Picture and Graphical Objects Detection option in the Adjust JAWS Options dialog/INSERT+V. CTRL+SHIFT+O displays a list of Inline objects.
