Hi Everyone:
In the past 2 weeks many books have been approved which is great. A bunch of my
validations have made it to the collection. However, yesterday I just happened
to go on step1 page and found that one of my validations had been returned. I
easily corrected the issue and it was approved today.
I have noticed that there are quite a few books that have been returned to step
1 needing copyright holder verification. So my suggestion is that people should
take a look at step 1 and see if your validations have been returned.
I also encouraged people to be sure that the submission form was filled out
properly. I have seen many books where the submission form had incorrect
information such as wrong copyright holder, incomplete title and missing
authors As validators we have final check so we should be sure that everything
is correct. These books could have been in the collection if all information
was present.
