Hi, Curtis. Another thing is that KES files have to be submitted in RTF, so 
you're going to lose your bookmarks, anyway. Take care.

Hi Cindy, I did not know I could "validate myself" as it were. In fact this 
book is practically completely error free, so I could do that and am willing 
to do that. Thank you! If I do I'll re-send it as a rtf format.
