Monica,

I'm sitting here validating a book which just hit the bestseller list
today, so I'll answer your question.

You can move from cell to cell in tables using the Alt-Ctrl-arrow keys.
Hitting Alt-Ctrl-Down will move down the table while remaining in the same
column and will announce both the first column and the current column or
just the current column, depending on how you have Table Titles set in your
verbosity options (Insert-V). So, if Table Titles are set to Row and
Column, which I believe is the default, you can move to the author column
then use Alt-Ctrl-Up or Alt-Ctrl-Down to move up and down that column and
have JAWS announce the title and author for each book. You could also move
up and down the title column the same way to just hear the titles.
Alt-Ctrl-Home and Alt-Ctrl-End also move to the top left and bottom right
cells, respectively. AltCtrl-Shift-arrow also moves to the last cell in the
direction you specify, and T finds tables, so you can locate the last books
using the following keystrokes.

From the top of the file:

Press T three times to find the Step 1 table.
Press Alt-Ctrl-End to move to the last cell of the table.
Press Alt-Ctrl-Shift-Left to move to the first column of the last row, which
is the title of the last book.
Press Alt-Ctrl-Up to hear the titles beginning from the bottom or move right
with Alt-Ctrl-Right then use Alt-Ctrl-Up to hear both titles and authors.

The Step 1 table is also the last table on the page, so you can also press
Ctrl-End then Shift-T to find it.

All of these commands were listed in the JAWS shortcut keys the last time I
looked.

HTH

Gerald
