Volunteers,

Please join us in welcoming Alisa Moore to Bookshare.

Her email is: alisam@xxxxxxxxxxxx
Her desk phone is: 650 644-0087

This morning Fred Slone announced her arrival with the following:

Good Morning Bookshare,
I am delighted to welcome Alisa Moore, who starts this morning as our new
Volunteer Program Manager!
Alisa brings a tremendous breadth of professional experience working with
volunteers, students, and families in non-profit and educational settings.  She
built a dynamic state-wide volunteer network for foster families in her recent
work with Lutheran Community Services in Seattle, WA.  She also developed a
volunteer program for the Oakland Unified School District, which provided
mentoring, tutoring, books, computers, and other supports for students living
in foster care and homeless shelters.  She received her Bachelor’s degree from
the University of Nebraska and has a Master’s degree from San Francisco State.

Fred

Help Alisa make Bookshare a place you continue to be proud to volunteer for!
