My recollection is, the software bookshare uses to convert to daisy wipes out the special attributes like italics, bold, etc. (Someone from the Staff) Is this, or was this, the case, or just the misconception of a confused individual?

By the way, Noel, yes that was quite interesting with the white on white. Do you suppose if we started making a habit of that we would draw the attention of the NSA or FBI to our little list?

Donna and Cary,

I too have the book. Question to you Donna, did you remove all of the bolding and italics and underlining in the book or did bookshare remove that. As I read my copy, I'm noticing that italics and emphasis (I've finally set emphasis voices on and am noticing how important it is to the punnery of this book). Anyway, if you haven't removed it, then it might be a good idea to resubmit your copy. Your scan is excellent but there are still a few little tiny errors. The Bookshare book of yours does not have the emphasis text though. If Bookshare does not remove that text, I have a hardcopy of the book too and my scanned version. It's up to you. I guess you can submit your copy and then I can submit one with the bso designation so that when I'm done the italics can be inserted. I'd say I could finish tonight, but I'm trying to get ready to fly tomorrow, and may not get done with it until this weekend, and then may not be able to email for a while.
