Is there a way to omit capitalized words in ranked spelling?

My ratings are always given with capitalized names omitted. Sorry to have omitted that. The 96 and 97 percent ratings I report are just uncapitalized words. I understand technical terms and foreign language are factors in some cases and need to be made allowance for. However, lots of spaces in the middle of words and linebreaks and spaces in the middle of words and so on point to another issue, one of scanning settings.
