Thank-you for the clarification. Adding these things into your posts I think
would help new validators understand what is meant. I know when I first came
on the list it took me a while to really get a clear understanding of what
is required and what is possible.
I do appreciate you coming forward as a force to begin to move the site in
this directions.

My ratings are always given with capitalized names omitted. Sorry to have
omitted that. The 96 and 97 percent ratings I report are just
uncapitalized words. I understand technical terms and foreign language are
factors in some cases and need to be made allowance for. However, lots of
spaces in the middle of words and linebreaks and spaces in the middle of
words and so on point to another issue, one of scanning settings.
