Hi Valerie, on the copy I had there were no table of contents.
Honestly I don't know what to do. I do know that there should be no extra
blank pages and that the ones that are there should be.
What they should be I am not quite sure.

But nope it didn't come with a table of contents which I thought was strange
at the time.

Sorry I am writing to the list about this, I couldn't find Shelley's

Shelley I am finally getting more deeply into A Dog To Trust: The Saga of
a
Seeing-Eye Dog, and I was wondering if you had the book or your original
scans to know if there was a table of contents. A lot of the numbering is
missing and I wanted to ensure that pages were correctly numbered. There
are
also numerous blank pages, sometimes consecutively, and it was uncertain
if
they were pictures, or true blank pages. It helps me to paginate a book
when
I have a table of contents and I can number the chapter title pages and
work
from there. I hope that makes sense. Smiles.
