Hi Shelley -
I am a knitter and a bookshare volunteer. I have some sight. I also have
a scanner.
Sorry to get back to you so late on your request. I had out of town
guests, and then left to visit relatives for two weeks. Besides, sometimes
the volume on this list overwhelms me. I just now was doing a search on
the list for knitting.
I would be willing to help in any way with the scanning of knitting
books. I am not familiar with the three that you have listed:

Learning to Knit with Circle Looms
More Stitches for Circle Looms
