Hi Shannon, I also received the same notice that you did, regarding an unknown internal error.
It states that the staff would be contacted.The time it happened to me was when I filled out the complete form, and then hit "submit" button. Next thing I see is something about Page not found and that there was an internal unknown error.
File title was glaciers.rtfand I always out of habit do the space, delete space save thing in my files. Strange. Tried it twice but it didn't like the book. That is three books so far I have tried to submit that it didn't like.
NC bees.rtf Nc frogs.rtf Glaciers.rtfAll of these were bonafide .rtf files, no punctuation, and I always do the space delete space save trick. Am very confused.
