Yes, send the two pages to Debbie.
To clear up the confusion, you can't send more than 10% of a book at
one time to somebody else who is also a volunteer. In order for you to
be in violation of the copyright rules and the Bookshare rules your
book would have to have less than 20 pages. Send the missing pages.
