I usually do if it is a little paperback. In other words, I place the spine across the in8-1/2 direction. Otherwise I place the spine with the length of the scanner. -----Original Message----- From: bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of gwen tweedy Sent: Saturday, August 29, 2009 6:38 AM To: bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: Scanning with the plustek opticbook 3600 OK I have a question then. on one page how do you do it. suppose your page turns out OK you have it placed right and everything, then you go to the next page and start scanning. is there something you must do after page 1 and before page 2. Because I have heard so much about page breaks. What letters buttons in kirzweil I forgot what number I have it is up there like however high it is right now. what do I push, or do I push anything in between the pages assuming I get the one page to work OK. Thanks. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jackie McBride" <abletec@xxxxxxxxx> To: <bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, August 29, 2009 12:51 AM Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: Scanning with the plustek opticbook 3600 > Susan & Larry: > > Perchance do u put your books you're scanning in 2-page mode on the > top right of the scanner? > > On 8/28/09, solsticesinger <solsticesinger@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: >> Scanning with the plustek opticbook 3600I've scanned in both one and >> two-page modes using this scanner, and have not noticed a difference >> either >> way.
