Hi, Emily.
I've always wanted to read the Elfquest books so thanks for scanning them.

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Scanning: Disney Fairies, Elfquest

I recently completed my trial of the ScanTo Office software, and happily
purchased the licensed version. Therefore, I will now be joining my friend Molly as a book scanner as well as a proofreader! I'm really excited to get
started!

Here are books I am currently scanning, or plan to scan in the near future:

"Disney Fairies: Fairy Haven and the Quest for the Wand" by Gail Carson
Levine

"Disney Fairies: Rani in the Mermaid Lagoon" by Lisa Papademetriou

"Disney Fairies: Beck and the Great Berry Battle" by Laura Driscoll

I also rediscovered my love of the Elfquest comics series while going
through my old belongings at my parents' house last week. Fortunately, the graphic novels have also been written as a series of text novels, so I plan
to scan those as soon as possible, since it seems Bookshare does not have
any Elfquest books yet! This is a grievous ommission which, as a dorky elf
fan, I plan to remedy as soon as possible. Therefore, I will also be
scanning the following in the very near future:

"Elfquest: Journey to Sorrow's End" by Wendy and Richard Pini

"Elfquest: The Quest Begins" by Wendy and Richard Pini

"Elfquest: Captives of Blue Mountain" by Wendy and Richard Pini

"Elfquest: A Gift of Her Own" by Wendy Pini (this one is a children's book)

Some of these books are ones Molly may not want to proof, so in that case, I
will depend on the proofing skills of the volunteers on this list!

Sorry there are so many books on this list, but I currently have lots and
lots of free time on my hands, and I'm eager to fill some of that time with
scanning.

Okay, I hope I did all this correctly! If not, please let me know what I've
done incorrectly. Thanks!
