Jake's note reminds me of something else. He puts a lot of effort and
time into his submitted books; if you ever validate one of them, this
becomes self-evident withing minutes at looking one of them.
His doing this, however, pays off:

(1) Validators save time in validating his books as there is little to
do.

(2) Others get to read his books quickly as they tend to get through the
validation pool quickly.

So, when viewed from a collective standpoint, is it time well spent for
Jake to do the extra effort and care? If he were doing the book just for
himself, probably not?
But, as the book is being done for potentially hundreds or maybe thousands
of readers down the road,
it is well worth it?
