I was not able to determine what criteria BBC used. Was the selection team
simply "A Confederacy of Dunces", operating from Shakespearean literary
instincts, or just walking "A Fine Balance" between the two? We may never know.

Hi,
Looks like i have read 40 of the selection. however, I have serious
disagreements with the BBC on the literary value of several of these books.
I do agree with the entertainment value though.
