Lori,

If no responds and if you want to go ahead and scan it and put it up, and if 
you aren't in a hurry for it, I'll validate it for you. I can get a copy of the 
print book, but there are holds on it, plus I'm only a third of the way of a 
tome I must finish before I do anything else.
