Hi Shelley, I don't have scanner glass but those cloths really sound neat for my monitor and my son's TV screen. I had somme papers that come in a package that were called Sightsavers. You just use them dry. Sounds weird I know, but they cleaned the TV screen. I haven't seen them in a long time though. Sue ----- Original Message ----- From: "Shelley L. You apply the windex to a soft lint free cloth, and then wipe it all off making sure you don't touch the rulers along the sides. It also strongly discourages paper towels, as these are scratchy, but cotton or fine cloth, like those used by photographers to clean their lenses. The author also discourages, the use of rubbing, but more of a blotting type method, so to not grind the dirt and other junk into the glass. And the cloths are designed to work on all glass surfaces, fine as well as normal. smile. Oh, and of course the first thing the book recommends, is that you look at your manual for manufacturers recommendations for cleaning, as again, some of that scanner glass is not really glass.
