The Estate of someone is fine to have the copyright. Several of the Walter Farley books are copyrighted by his estate or by his kids. Smile. Shelley L. Rhodes B.S. It is copyrighted by the Elizabeth Taylor Estates and, though it shows reprints and their dates, it very specifically states that all rights are reserved, and goes through all the methods of reproduction. I may be wrong about its appropriateness for bookshare.org, and this is why I am releasing it rather than rejecting it. There are two isbn numbers, as well as an introduction with a copyright date which is more recent than that for the book. Thank you.
