I didn't realize I'd start such a bi discussion. Most print books I've seen
have it on the title page. I think I'll just leave it where it is on the
second page with all the copy information and see what happens.

I think that is something that has to be revised in the manual. The name of 
the publisher does not necessarily appear on the first page. It might, but 
it does not necessarily do so. It does appear somewhere in the prliminary 
pages though. It is most likely on the copyright page if it does not appear 
on the title page.
