Don't worry about those blank lines at the end and beginning of pages. The
Bookshare stripper takes care of those. It would be good, though, to make
sure that at least one blank line is there. Otherwise, that same stripper may
eat text.

If you're working on a scan, or a proofreading job, for that matter,
that has several blank lines at either the top or bottom of pages,
should you eliminate the blank lines, provided it doesn't mess up the
page numbering?
