Cindy, you can also use alt plus 0216. It's funny because while I'm holding down the alt key and typing the numgers the cursor stays in one place. When I let up on the alt key is when I get the symbol.

I don't know what it's called, but I have it in my Symbols under the Insert MEnu in Word. I've pasted it below. If it came out maybe you can copy and paste.
