Yes, two validators would be better than one, but if the second one never came along it would be worse than having the same person as scanner and validator. :-) With some of the titles I see on the download list, I am sometimes sure the submitter is the only person who will ever do it.

That reminds me that i should check for the book on developing C++ software for the Symbian OS used on cell phones. That sounds challenging to validate and I have made my husband indignant about how things can sit there forever just because no one feels they can take on the project. He said he would help me give it a spot check so it doesn't languish on the download list forever.

I have selfish motives. I was hoping that looking at the book would make him interested enough to write something for my phone, and that would be an excuse to make him look at it. I can't find an excuse to let him look at it once it is in the collection, because that would violate the bookshare rules. ;-)
