[bksvol-discuss] Problem with copyright

Hello List,
I have just finished scanning a book and have discovered that there is no
copyright information. There is only a note: "All rights reserved in the
name of the author." The publication information is there, however. This
book was published in England -- how would I go about getting the copyright
info for this title? I do not think the US copyright office would serve a
purpose for a book written in England.
