Yes!
I added 256 page numbers manually.
It was a pain.
800 or more pages would be a bigger pain.
Now, this book has a table of contents but there no page numbers after the
chapter titles.
Should I add them?

Really, Ann? We add ours in manually if they are not already there. We
never use them as headers. I thought the tool did not play well with headers
and footers ...
