Hi Lynn!

Thanks for such a good illustration of how a blank page should look with
the note that it is a blank page.  That is the way I thought it should be,
but thanks for confirming that I was on the right track.  The only blank
pages, or at least pages that appeared to be blank were at the verry
beginning of the book before the title page.  I haven't come across any
blank pages yet in the text of the book.
