The main problem with page numbers is that the scanner often doesn't pick them 
up. For that reason I try to fill them in if I'm sure I'm doing so correctly.

  It doesn't really matter as the formatting is pretty much erased in .brf and 
greatly limitted in daisy.

      I read on this list a few weeks back that it didn't matter
      if the page numbers were bold.  I'm validating a book
      now that has page numbers that are bold, italic, bold italic,
      and normal.


      This is OK?  I can just leave them be?
