All the more reason for keeping volunteer-submitted copies that are already in
the collection, if they are truly Excellent, and not dumping them. smile

Hmm. It's my understanding the the publisher quality books are still
in the development stage, sort of like a beta test. The Bookshare
developers had to write a tool to import books from the publisher's
format into something the Bookshare software can process. So the staff
needs to know when books are coming into the collection with words
running together so they can improve the conversion tool. Sue Stevens
did a wonderful job of alerting the staff to the issue with quotes in
the brf files. I don't expect for the conversion tool to work
flawlessly for several months as they iron out some of the bugs.
That's just my opinion though, not anything from the Bookshare staff.
