Hi All,

I probably should refrain from posting this since my intent is not to stir 
up a hornet's nest.  However, in a lot of recent Publisher quality boos, in 
the BRF files, I am really noticing a lot of those weird symbols that were 
discussed in the past, Dot 4, followed by a question mark or sometimes a 
period.  It really bugs me, and I am wondering if anyone else is noticing 
it.  I thought this bug was out of the system except for a few here and 
there, but it seems to be back in full force again.
