Thanks, Carrie. I'm looking forward to that Greenspan book; and I wasn't
aware of this Terry Brooks one. Have to look that up.

Evan

  Hi gang,

For some unknown reason, the publishing world went nuts and published a
ton of new books during the last month. Here is the list of the October
books;

  Hardcover Fiction
PLAYING FOR PIZZA, by John Grisham
THE CHOICE, by Nicholas Sparks (awaiting approval)
YOU'VE BEEN WARNED, by James Patterson and Howard Roughan (already in the
collection)
SHOOT HIM IF HE RUNS, by Stuart Woods (on the download list)
BRIDGE OF SIGHS, by Richard Russo
THE ORC KING, by R. A. Salvatore
  RUN, by Ann Patchett
DEAD HEAT, by Dick Francis and Felix Francis
  MAKING MONEY, by Terry Pratchett
  PONTOON, by Garrison Keillor
THE WHEEL OF DARKNESS, by Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child (already in
the collection)
JONATHAN'S STORY, by Julia London with Alina Adams
THE WEDNESDAY LETTERS, by Jason F. Wright
BONES TO ASHES, by Kathy Reichs
THE BONE GARDEN, by Tess Gerritsen
GARDEN SPELLS, by Sarah Addison Allen
  DARK POSSESSION, by Christine Feehan
THE ELVES OF CINTRA, by Terry Brooks
TREE OF SMOKE, by Denis Johnson
  HEARTSICK, by Chelsea Cain
SONGS WITHOUT WORDS, by Ann Packer
LORD JOHN AND THE BROTHERHOOD OF THE BLADE, by Diana Gabaldon

  Hardcover Non-Fiction
THE AGE OF TURBULENCE, by Alan Greenspan
  THE NINE, by Jeffrey Toobin
LOUDER THAN WORDS, by Jenny McCarthy
THE COLDEST WINTER, by David Halberstam
IF I DID IT, by the Goldman family
THE VIXEN DIARIES, by Karrine Steffans
THE WAR, by Geoffrey C. Ward
THE HEROIN DIARIES, by Nikki Sixx with Ian Gittins
GIVING, by Bill Clinton (being scanned)
MOTHER TERESA: COME BE MY LIGHT, by Mother Teresa and Brian Kolodiejchuk
THINGS I OVERHEARD WHILE TALKING TO MYSELF, by Alan Alda
  BLONDE AMBITION, by Rita Crosby
  DEAD CERTAIN, by Robert Draper
WONDERFUL TONIGHT, by Pattie Boyd with Penny Junor (being validated)

  Paperback Fiction (Trade)
  ---

  Paperback Fiction (Mass Market)
LOVER UNBOUND, by J. R. Ward
  FREE FALL, by Fern Michaels
  THE GIFT, by Nora Roberts
  THE SÉANCE, by Heather Graham
74 SEASIDE AVENUE, by Debbie Macomber (already in the collection)
  INFERNO, by Troy Denning

  Paperback Non-Fiction
  ---

As you can see, there are a number of books that are already being
processed or are already in the collection. Since there are so many books
in this list, I will ignore all those books that other people are processing
and concentrate on all the other ones.
If anyone reads a New York Times bestseller that has errors in it, please
let me know and I'll fix the errors. My sincere thanks to whoever told
Claire that the 255 occurrences of Maria should have been Marla in Sweet
Revenge by Diane Mott Davidson. The book is now fixed.

  Carrie
