It is the same, but from what I have read, it is difficult in terms of accessibility. There are other programs that are more accessible, but it's been a while since I have investigated such things, so I can't give you any names at the moment. What you might do is get on the Blind Math mailing list and ask the experts on there. It's not a high traffic list.
Or, you might get a student version of Maple, which is quite accessible from what I have read, and might be exactly what you need, depending on what you need it for, of course. <smile>. The price is pretty reasonable for a program that does quite a lot. I don't remember exactly what it costs, but less than a hundred dollars. It might be worth it if it does what you need.
