Hello,

I sent myself a note to work and I will check with one of the techs on what
the plugs are called. Feel free to remind me if I forget.

No, I'm not getting old... Not a day over 35:) Let's see if I can getting
going with the walker:)

Subject: [bksvol-discuss] OT. Question about Laptop Plug

HI all:

Several weeks ago someone on this list mentioned that there is a plug that
tricks the screen to thinking that it is plugged to an external monitor.
Does anyone know what this plug is called? Or where to get it? I didn't pay
attention at the time if this was discussed. My husband and I just got a
laptop and we'd like to conserve battery.

Thanks in advance. Please email me off list to avoid cluttering the list.
