Frankly, on the very occasional times I need a pot or pan a thrift store will do. The cookware is for being used, not to match, look pretty or impress anyone.

The melting temperature of gold is quite low, and solid gold is kinda soft so if you used a spatula or spoon on 'em, you'd get scratches and dings.
