Hi all,
Jim, sounds like you've had some bad experiences somewhere. What this
says to me is that you want to be valued for what you know and you want
to learn as a cooperative task rather than a teacher giving you
something and you having to spit back what you've learned.
Nothing wrong with this. You just prefer to work with others to
accomplish a goal.
