Robert Jordan wrote some of his series books out of order? I am curious about that. Not disputing you, since I don't know that he didn't, just would like to know the specifics. Are you talking about the Wheel of Time books, or the Conan books, or another series I haven't heard of?

Another one would be that the author wrote them out of order. A few authors where this comes to mind are Robert Jordan, Bernard Cornwell, W.E.B. Griffin, Louis L'Amour, and many, many books in the Star Wars saga.
