There are some disadvantages to Bookshare. For examply if I want to read a
book on the day of its release, I can't do so or if I'm reading a series
that has gaps, I have to wait until someone scans the book before I have
access to it. If Bookshare could gain access to books on the day of
release, I wouldn't be complaining right now. Lol However, I understand
that certain publishers, aren't willing to cooperate. And like I said in my
last email, what is the point of this application, if I can't put these
books on my mobile device.

Accessibility Features

Given the enormous number of books that we can already get from sources like

Bookshare or Open Library, is there really anything of significance that we
can purchase from Amazon that we can't get from these other sources? Will
this software read books from sources other than Amazon? Would it be
possible to install it on a mobile device such as the Victor Reader Stream?
Even if the software is free it sounds to me like it is a way to convince us

to spen money on books that we are likely to already have access to by other

means and better access too. Do you think that is a legitimate concern and
if not then why not?
