I could never go back to hard copy. I love being able to put hundreds of
books on one inexpensive compact flash card and read them on my pacmate.

Hi, Kevin. I agree with you. I just don't have the space for too many
braille books, and a lot of the ones I tend to read are long, often taking
up more than one box. We have limited space here, so at least for me, Web
braille is the way to go for NLS stuff. I do love my hardcopy braille,

Don't get me wrong, I love my Braillenote as much as the next person loves theirs, but for my money there is nothing better than putting some soft instrumental jazz in the CD player, parking myself in my recliner, and losing myself in a good, real, old-fashioned Braille book. Try doing that with a Bookport! <smile> And the advantage to hard copy is that you never have to recharge it. But, then again, I readily admit that I am an old fossil who was not brought up on technology. Yes indeed, Braille books are cumbersome, bulky and everything else, but it's my fervent hope that they will continue to be produced, even in today's high tech world. Braille rocks!
