I get them from Long's or CVS Pharmacy. They're on the shelf with the other pan 
relievers. They're less expensive than some things but perhaps more than some 
other things. Since  I don't use them a lot, though I have a good supply, they 
last. My pains usually go away in one day when I use the patch, two at the 
most. You're only supposed to keep it on for 8 hours--or is it 6. I keep it on 
all day.
